He is survived by : his wife Shelly Cummins (Hawley); his children, McKaelyn, Presley and Abel; his parents, Larry Cummins and Kathy Cummins (Logan); his sister Stephanie Cummins; his mother-in-law Vicky Hawley; and his grandparents, Keith Logan and Wanda Logan. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
