He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sons, Robbie William Sams (Jessica) and Jason Lee Sams (Cassie); his grandchildren, Caleb William Sams, Roslyn Jesse Sams and Bristol LeeAnn Sams; his sisters, Becky Stockslager (Steve), Kathy Sturgill (Larry), Vicky Hickey and Lorey Collins (Pat); and his friends, Robbie Chapman, Gene Chapman, Lonnie Lewis and Dan Quinn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
