She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cook and Karen Schock; her brother Tyler Cook; and her goddaughter Aria Spradling. She is survived by: her son Logan Bang of Brookville, OH; and her godchildren, Chris Clemmer, Ashley Clemmer, Dalissa Case, Joshua Spradling and Brittany Spradling.
