He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Lanthrop and Opal Lanthrop (Shank); his wife Alberta Mae Lanthrop; his son Timothy Lanthrop; and his siblings, John Lanthrop, Freda Winkelman (George), Mary Lutz (Dale) and Evelyn Deeter (Robert).
He is survived by: his daughter Cherylan Aebischer (Richard) of Eaton; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Aebsicher (Kenneth), Dakota Morris, Bradley Banis (Brooklyn) and Aaron Banis; his great grandchildren, Emberylnn Rusk, KJ Rusk, Sutter Rusk, Steffen Morris, Jackson Porter and Harper Porter; his brother Ron Lanthrop; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Lanthrop; and his close friends, Sandy and Cathy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
