He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. Moberly and Helen Moberly (Henderson); his siblings, Edith Taylor (Lewis), Lelia Wymer (James), Anna DeWulf (Oscar), Linda O'Dell (Norma Mikesell) and Michael Moberly; and his sister-in-law Shirley Moberly.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Moberly; his children, Belinda Moormeier (Craig) and Dale Moberly Jr. (Jill); his grandchildren, Alex Moormeier (Jennifer), Austin Moormeier and Kierigan Moberly; his great grandchild Madeline Moormeier; and his siblings, Charles Moberly, Mabel Shafer (Joe), Dorothy Early (Curtis), Shirley Jellison (Jim) and Mel O'Dell (Richard Mikesell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
