He was predeceased by : his mother Helen Killen Winn; his son Stephen Winn; and his wife Mimi H. Damota. He is survived by : his children, Gregg Winn (Barb) of Eaton, Kelly Winn of Eaton and Jeff Winn of Eaton; his stepdaughter Jennifer Staten (Jonah) of Granville, OH; and his sister MaryAnn Fraser (Glenn) of Grants Pass, Oregon.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
