It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Shaffer of Eaton, Ohio, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Vanessa Dowds (Joseph) and Charles Shaffer Jr. (Ida); his siblings, Michael Shaffer (Kristi), Shaun Shaffer and Jennifer Goldy (Gregg); and his grandmother Darlene "Dolly" Wagner. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
