He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stevenson and Peggy Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Stevenson (Cremean); his daughters, Lori Rea (Phil) and Lisa Gabbard (Jeff); his grandson Winston Rea (Katie); his siblings, Wayne Stevenson (Ellen) and Lynette Howard (Tim); and his brother-in-law Ken Cooper. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in Dave's honor to the Ohio Hospice of Dayton.
