He is survived by: his son Brandon Dyer of Maggie Valley, NC; and his siblings, Robert Dyer (Joyce) of Sylva, NC, James "Buzz" Dyer of Allen's Creek, NC, Kenny Dyer of Crouso, NC, Shelbia Hyatt (David) of Waynesville, NC, Michael "Boone" Dyer (Lynda) of Eaton and Jeffrey Dyer of Waynesville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
