He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Marling and Ota M. Marling (Bolton); his grandchildren, Matthew Griffin, Nathan Marling and Katie Griffin; and his siblings, John W. Marling, Ray B. Marling, Max E. Marling, Elsie Luedeman, Marilyn Galliher and Marjorie J. Morin.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Anne Marling (Lilly); his children, Scott, Lisa Marling of Eaton, OH, Will, Cheryl Marling of Alexandria, VA, George, Brandi Marling of Calera, AL, Carla and Joe Griffin of Richmond, IN.; and his sister Nancy G. Fisk (Ray). He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, several Nieces, and Nephews.
