He is survived by: his mother Linda Jane Moore; his daughters, Davina Angel, Kristen Moore and Shannon Moore; his grandchildren, Chandler, Khavoni, Denver and Teagan; and his siblings, Matthew Moore, Timothy Moore (Lisa) and Pamela Pence. He is also survived by extended family including many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
