He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Dianne Burnett. He is survived by: his parents, Donal Koons (Edith) and Anita Piper (Howard); his wife Jamie Hedge (Collins); his children, Bailey Hedge (Lydia Saadi) and Skiler Hedge; his pets, Turbo, Blue and Chloe; his brother Chad Hedge (Marcela); his grandmother Virginia "Ginny" Koons; his nephews, Nathan Hedge (Edith Lopez) and Nick Hedge; his aunt Shelly Dery (Scott); his uncles, Danny Koons (Cindy) and Dean Koons; and his brother-in-law Greg Collins (Susan). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
