He is survived by: his wife Anita Smith (Willeford) of Eaton; his sons, Brian Smith (Tesha) of West Alexandria, Devin Smith (Taylor) of Eaton, Trey Smith (Kaitlyn) of Eaton and Brayden Smith of Eaton; his stepsons, Cole Johnson of West Manchester and Kyle Johnson of New Paris; his grandchildren, Victoria Smith, Julian, Callen Smith, Charlotte Smith, Elliana and Adaleigh Johnson; his father Ed Smith (Jane) of Sturgis, SD; his siblings, Jennifer Ward of Eaton, Alan Smith (Melissa) of West Alexandria, OH, Jill Hines of Camden and Greg Smith (Jodi) of Eaton; his mother-in-law Barbara Rismiller (Carl) of Union City, OH; his pets, Bow and Blu; Brian, Cathy Monaco (Stall), Devin, Trey and Pamela Weaver (Wiegand).
