With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elois Eichhorn of Eaton, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elois left this world on December 9, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Mayes and Polly Mayes (Banks); her siblings, Jackie Mayes, Clarence Mayes, Jr. and Florence Mullins; and her niece Sharon Mullins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Terri Wysong (Doug) of Eaton, Sueann Marcum (Wes) of Somerville and Stephanie Eichhorn of Columbus; her grandchildren, Cody Eichhorn, Emily Mitchell (Brandon), Jessica Wagers, Robbie Marcum, Stuart Epperson (Lexi), Paige Wagers and Abby Wysong; and her siblings, Edith Middleton, Judy Thompson (Tad), Bill Mayes (Julie) and Yvonne Mayes. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gard Funeral Home - Eaton (226 W Main St, Eaton, OH 45320). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sugar Grove Cemetery (1985 OH-503, Lewisburg, OH 45381).
