He is survived by: his wife Beverly Tinell (Overholts); his children, Danielle Tinell (Christine) of West Manchester, Holley Casey (Kevin) of Canton, Joshua Tinell (Ashley) of Eaton and Frankie A. Tinell of Lewisburg; and his grandchildren, Sabrina, Logan and Ivy. He is also survived by siblings, and several nieces and nephews.
