He was predeceased by: his father Woodford Pieratt; his son Martin Pieratt; his son-in-law John Young; and his brother-in-law Leland Vance. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Pieratt of Eaton; his children, Carolina Young of Jacksonville, FL, Darren Smith (Dawn) of Clayton, OH and Clifford Smith (Glenda) of Lewisburg, OH; and his siblings, Joe Pieratt (Diane) of Gratis, OH, Tom Pieratt (Jennifer) of Washington Courthouse, OH and Jennifer Vance of Brookville, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
