Iona Mae Wynkoop Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 97, Iona Mae Wynkoop of Eaton, Ohio, born in Gratis, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ray and Roxie Mae Caplinger (Haas); her former husband John Notoras; her siblings, Rodger Caplinger, Ronald Caplinger, Gene Caplinger, Robert Caplinger and Betty Martin; and her son-in-law Alan Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband James Wynkoop; her daughters, Beverly Swihart (Bill), Sharon Shute (Jim) and Rhonda Pennington; her stepchildren, Wayne Wynkoop (Melissa), Mary Jo Waite (John) and Anna Marie Hawkey (Michael); and her sisters-in-law, Annette Caplinger and Lucille Notoras. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
