We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 81, James D. Parks of Eaton, Ohio, born in Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Herman Parks. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Parks of Eaton; his daughters, Anita Hoying of Cincinnati and Deanna Parks of Eaton; his grandchildren, Josh Hoying (Kate) of Cincinnati and Megan Hoying (Shane Walton) of Cincinnati; his great grandchildren, Grace Hoying and Rose Hoying of Cincinnati; and his brothers, Richard Parks (Peggy) of Eaton and Ted Parks (Barbara) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Monroe Township Food Bank, 1060 Foos Road, West Manchester, OH 45382.
