He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jefferson and Faye Presley (Rhea). He is survived by: his wife Cheri Presley (O'Brien); his children, Kelly Toney (Thomas) and Shannon Presley (Marcia); his grandchildren, Sean Toney (Ashley Seymour), Emily Toney, Tyler Presley and Bryant Presley; and his great grandchild Halston Sands. He is also survived by his extended family & many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home (139 S Dixie Dr, Vandalia, OH 45377). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Jim to The Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
