She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Pence and Flora Pence (Kirkhoff); her husband Chuck Bailey; her daughter Tina Dickerson; her sister Esther; her brother-in-law Jack Cornwell; her brother Dale; her sister-in-law Julia Pence; her nephew Ernie Pence; and her son-in-law Don Houser.

She is survived by: her daughter Dianna Houser; her great grandchildren, Jake, Charlie, Jaxon, Annie and Greyson; her niece Connie Cornwell; and her nephews, Dennis Pence (Mary) and John Cornwell (Able).
