She was predeceased by : her parents, Damon Starcher and Cleo Starcher (Wilson); and her son Jason Dailey. She is survived by : her husband Jacob W. "Jake" Dailey of Eaton, Ohio; her daughter Kelley Dillon (Todd) of Hamilton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Ashley Burns (Justin), Celeste Haggard (Kyle), Miranda Barber (Robert), Derek Dillon (Kailey) and Kylah Sparkman (James); her great grandchildren, Tanner, Myrcedez, Kynnedy, Jaedyn, Nevaeh, Konnor, Eli, Xavier, Merric, Anna, Noah, Hugh, Faith and Bren; her niece Jill Lockvis; her sister-in-law Judy Dailey; and her nephew Kyle Dailey.
