He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Lucas Garner and John Charles "Jack" Lewis. He is survived by : his wife Rachel Lewis of Eaton; his sons, Jordan Lewis of Eaton and Cameron Lewis of Eaton; his uncle Jim Lewis (Diane) of Roanoke, VA; and his pet Sadie "Sis".
