He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Emerson and June Wambo (Hitchcock); and his brother Thomas Wambo. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Wambo (Campbell) of Eaton; his sons, Kelly Wambo of Richmond, IN and Robert Wambo (Katie) of Toledo, OH; his stepchildren, Laura Bailey of New Paris, OH and Steve Bailey of New Paris, OH; his grandchildren, Kysen Wambo, Keir Wambo, Leah Wambo and Mason Wambo; his stepgranddaughter Kacey Sullivan (Stuart); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Korbin Sullivan, Camilla Sullivan and Larkin Sullivan; his sister Barbara Cornelia (Joe) of West Chester, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Wambo of Centerville, IN, Joy Campbell of Englewood, OH and John Campbell (Rhonda) of Longmont, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services (226 W Main St, Eaton, OH 45320). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mound Hill Cemetery (130 Camden Rd, Eaton, OH 45320).
