He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Irene Weherley (Terry); his wife Melisa; his children, Crystal, Jasmine, Brett, Jolissa, Quinton and Johnathan; his siblings, Mark Zovak (Melanie), Melissa Fraley (Paul) and Jim Pullon; and his nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Madalyn, Kera, Ryan, Isabella, Victoria, Blake, Clay, Ronald, Brady, Bre and Lari. He is also survived by his friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Preble Memory Gardens Funeral Center to assist the family with services.
