She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Brush (Ty Arnold), Thomas J. Brush and Cliff Hawkins; her grandchildren, Caila Charles, Jamie Charles, Evan Hawkins, Edward Hawkins and Mae Charles; her sister Julie Thacker (Gary); her niece Emily West (Colin); her nephew Austin Shock; and her cousins, Cheryl Mikesell and Rhonda Azbill.
