She was predeceased by: her husband William Harmon; and her children, Rodney Waugh and Renee Waugh. She is survived by: her daughter Tonya Waugh (Edward B. Cook); her grandchildren, Chelsea Bunting (Brandon), Kimberlyn Waugh (Berley Johnson), Jacob Waugh, Logan Waugh, Devin Black, Sabrina, Cecilia, Christina and Jessie Sexton; and her former husband Roger Waugh. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
