He was predeceased by: his parents, Randall Turner and Nora Turner (Johnson); his sister Valerie Gay Turner Callhoun; his nephew Daniel Lee Spencer; and his great-niece Logan Danielle Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Turner (Pelling) of Eaton; his son Jeremy Turner of Eaton; his siblings, Doris Lowe (Jack) of Logansport, IN, Georgiann Spencer (Jim) of Eaton, Brenda Bowling (Randall) of Somerset, KY and Dennis Turner (Judy) of Douglasville, GA; and his brother-in-law Randy Callhoun of Somerset, KY.
