She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonce Maggard and Zelma Maggard; and her siblings, Harold, Ralph, Mitch Maggard, Norma Brower and Carson Maggard.

She is survived by: her son Todd Smith (Jessica) of Lewisburg; her grandchildren, Jaxon and Addison Smith; her brothers, Les Maggard (Cindy) and Ken Maggard (Rebekah); her sisters-in-law, Margaret Maggard and June Maggard; and her close friend Ernie "Knipp" Driver (Dane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
