She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell R. Sleppy and Catherine L. Sleppy (Harman); her former life partner Billy L. Anthony; her husband Harold James Sr.; her son-in-law Gary Ruffin; her sister Eileen Weaver; and her brother-in-law Gary Gunckel.

She is survived by : her children, Rickey Anthony of Eaton, Paulette Rediger of New Paris, Mary Elaine Wolf of Englewood and Billy Anthony of Eaton; her grandchildren, Lori, Larry Reynolds, Heather, Henry Pierce, John, Crystal Rediger, Joseph, Manda Wolf, Billy, Amanda Wolf, Michael and Miranda Wolf; her siblings, Russell M. Sleppy of Greenville and Goldie Gunckel of Greenville; and her pet Summer. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
