We are sad to announce that, on January 18, 2021, at the age of 67, Merle Compton of Eaton, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles Compton; and his brother Keith Compton. He is survived by: his mother Betty Compton of Eaton; his wife Mary Compton of Eaton; his children, Mike Compton (Christine) of Trenton, Christina Johnson (Mike) of Richmond, Dottie Blade (Tony) of Lynn, IN and Jason Simpson of Middletown; and his siblings, Lisa Strong (Larry) of Camden and Darryl Compton of Middletown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Northside Chapel First Church of God.
