Deaton of Eaton, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Dee (Howell); his sons, Michael R. Deaton II and Steven Deaton; and his cousin Ron Deaton. He is survived by: his wife Scharlene Deaton (Roop); his son Levi Deaton; his grandchildren, Nicole, Michael R. Deaton III and Wyatt Deaton; his stepchildren, David Brown (Kathy) and Julie Sponaugle (Dan); and his siblings, Jerry Deaton (Donna) and Amy Cornwell (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
