She was predeceased by : her parents, Alva Horine and Blanche Horine; her husband Harold DeHart; and her daughter Jeanette Cunnagin. She is survived by : her sister Jan Schultz; and her children, Anna Cicur (John), Steven DeHart (Julia) and Tim DeHart (Teri). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital or Hospice of Dayton in honor of Phyllis Jean DeHart.
