She is survived by: her mother Juanita Stevens; her husband Marshall Kingsley; her daughters, Gina Melling (Aaron) and Nikki Perrin (Steve); her grandchildren, Brandon Melling, Blake Melling, Dalton Hickman and Jadyn Hickman; her siblings, David Stevens, Danny Stevens (Kathy), Anthony Stevens and Lisa Sarver (Steve); her stepchildren, Marsha Rhoades (Tom) and Steven Kingsley (Andi); and her sisters, Carrie Stevens and Sherrie Howard (Greg). She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
