He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman "Peanut" Parks and Sara Parks; and his brother Jim Parks. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parks of Eaton; his daughters, Christy Cassel (Travis) of Eaton and Suzie Davis (Tim) of Eaton; his grandchildren, Austin Cassel (Samantha) of Solon, OH, Madison Cassel of Washington, D. C., Brady Davis of Eaton and Trevor Davis of Eaton; his great grandchildren, Liam of Solon, OH and Leia Cassel of Solon, OH; his brother Ted Parks (Barbara) of Milford, OH; and his sister-in-law Joanne Parks of Eaton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Service (226 W Main St, Eaton, OH 45320). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
