He was predeceased by : his parents, Boyd Tackett and Dorothy Tackett; and his siblings, Jerry, Donald Tackett and Anita Susan Walker.

He is survived by : his daughters, Heather Dawn Tackett and Cara Mae Fisher; his siblings, Louise, Margi, Christina and Michael; and also Brian Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at the Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery (3377 US-35, West Alexandria, OH 45381).
