He was predeceased by: his parents, John Geeting and Edith Geeting; his brother Harold Geeting; his sister-in-law Brenda Geeting; and his wife Laura M. Geeting.
He is survived by: his children, John Geeting of Reynoldsburg, OH and Cynthia Schiefer (Greg) of Nevada, OH; and his grandchildren, Grace, Caitlin, Nathaniel Schiefer and Adam Geeting. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
