He is survived by: his children, Bea "Denise" Shumard (Tyler), Debbie Kay Hoke (Adam) and Michael Lewis (Tina); his grandchildren, PJ Stapleton (Tori), Haley Stapleton, Alley Shumard, Daulton Shumard, Chase Shumard, Chantel Justice, Ciera Richardson (Travis), Madeline Hoke (Joey) and Evelyn Hinds; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
