He is survived by: his girlfriend Carolyn Gibbs; his children, Angela Gala of Eaton, OH, Tracey Campbell (Michael) of Trotwood, OH, Kristina Kegley (Michael) of Grove City, OH and Robert Kelley, IV (Angela) of Fairborn, OH; and his brothers, Timothy Kelley of Wisconsin and Toby Kelley (Tammy) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
