He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Mickelson and Alvera Mickelson (Ososky); and his brother Danny Mickelson. He is survived by: his wife Beth Mickelson; his children, Jennifer Bianchi (Chris), Bryan Hucke (Anny), Chris Hucke (Natalie) and Matthew Hucke (Bridget); and his siblings, Sue George (Byron), Linda Mickelson and Dave Mickelson (Vicky). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ron's memory to Camp Corwood, a youth camp that is being revived where he was a counselor more than fifty years ago (http://www.corwoodexperience.com).
