He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Moore and Sarah Moore; his wife Georgia Fay Moore; and his son David Moore. He is survived by: his children, Donald Moore (Sylvia) of Clarksville, TN, Sharon Cobb (Mike) of Eaton, OH, Susan Largent (Bill) of Orange, CA and Tami Moore of Orange, CA; and his daughter-in-law Holly Moore of Brookville, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Hospice of Dayton, Cedar Grove Church of the Brethren or Eaton Community Church.
