He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell and Ica Iola Hartman (Brown); his wife Margaret Ellen Hartman (Bloom); his siblings, Melvin J. Hartman and Katherine "Kathy" Houdeshell; his stepfather Roy Anderson; and his friend Robert "Bob" Payne.
He is survived by: his children, Candy Williams (Steve) and Brett Hartman (Sheila); his grandchildren, Kyle Williams (Holly), Branden Williams (MacKensey), Alex Williams (Kerstin), Jessica Hartman and Erin Olinger (Eddie); and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Remington, Jordyn and Colton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
