She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth McIntosh and Jean McIntosh (Boomershine); her husband Raymond A. "Sonny" Spence; her grandson Shane Spence; her brother Bill Neiswonger; and her stepfather Bob Neiswonger.
She is survived by: her sons, Rick Spence (Tammy), Martin Spence (Doris), William Spence (Stacy) and James Spence (Mandi); her sister-in-law Carol Neiswonger; her nephew Garret Neiswonger (Katie); and her niece Michelle Loughman (T. J.). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 47 great grandchildren.
