With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sonya C. Banfield of Eaton, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lee Mentz and Betty Lou Mentz Cornell (Back); and her stepfather Carl B. Cornell. She is survived by: her husband Larry D. Banfield; her children, Christopher W. Banfield (Rachael) and Brandi R. Paynter (Ritchie); her half-sister Dawn Denise Anderson (Michael); and her grandchildren, Monique Christensen, Rachel Banfield, Samuel and Sarah Wallace.
