He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hildreth Ruby of New Lebanon; his stepmother Ona Coons of Eaton; and his siblings, Patty Bowling, Donna Parker (Jimmy), Brenda Desiletes (Steve), Melissa Bachmann (Robert), Sherry Archer (Steve), James Ruby and Scott Ruby (Pam).
