He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark H. Simmons and Lois Ester Simmons (Flory); and his wife Linda L. Simmons. He is survived by: his children, Bertha D. Kalil (Edmund) of West Alexandria, Norman R. Fudge (Judy) of New Paris, Bobbi Lynn Linville (Keith) of Milroy, IN, Rolinda Lois Bowman of Eaton and R. Harvey Simmons (Joyce) of New Paris; and his sisters, Juanita Brumbaugh and Mary Simmons Howard (Quinton). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
