He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Daily and Golden M. Daily (Moberly); and his siblings, Curtis, Paul, Rick Daily and Nancy Daily Grassmann.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Daily; his daughters, Lisa Rupp (Chris) and Linda Daily; his grandchildren, Katherine, Reid Rupp and Colton Watt; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Daily, Linda Daily and Forrest Grassmann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
