He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann; his children, Martha Rutan (Zach) and James Robert Fisher (Allison); his grandchildren, Elijah, Joseph, Madilyn and Alexander; and his siblings, Harry Fisher and Velma Thorpe. He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rogers Funeral Home (324 W Main St, New Lebanon, OH 45345). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
