McClain of Eaton, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Clarence McClain; his former wife Helen McClain (Creech); his daughters, Becky Pruett and Sherry Baker; his grandson William Laurence Cox; and his siblings, Elva Forman and Cecil McClain.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Crowell McClain of Eaton; his children, Douglas McClain (Sharon) of Gratis, Steve Michael (Amy) of Camden, Scott Michael (Theresa) of Missouri and Cynthia Gross (Randy) of Franklin; his grandchildren, Julie Ong (Simon) of Dublin, Ireland, Gwen McHanin (Dan) of Troy, Braden McClain (Liz) of Morrow, Blake McClain of Franklin and Jacob Gross of Franklin; and his great grandchild Haley McClain. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
