He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoffman and Mary Hoffman (Bond); and his brother John Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Ridenour; and his siblings, Kim Mocherman (Ken), Chuck Hoffman (Diane) and Jeff Hoffman (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
