She was predeceased by: her parents, RoseBelle Stapleton (Clevenger) and Martin L. Stapleton. She is survived by: her husband James T. Cox; her children, Linda Sue Davidson (Cox), Gary L Cox (Donna) and Brenda K Cox-McCroskey; her son-in-law Roger Davidson; and her grandsons, James Cox (Tommy) and Adam S Cox. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
